| Резюме: | SARS-CoV-2 a type of coronavirus that affects humans and was first detected in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China, in December 2019. The objective is to determine the behavior of SARS-CoV-2 antibody levels over time in students and administrative staff of the Faculty of Human Health. A descriptive, quantitative approach, observational, prospective cross-sectional cohort study was conducted, consisting of a population of 226 people. The results reveal that the student population represents 68.14% and the administrative staff 31.86%. The female gender is the most predominant, made up of female students with 43.79% and female administrative staff with 18.54%. The ages affected were 19 to 24 years with 24.77%, 25 to 30 years with 19.02%, 31 to 36 years with 7.07% and 37 to 42 years with 3.53%. The relationship between SARS-CoV-2 antibody levels with gender and population, the female student population was found with 15.35% and the male administrative population with 7.46%. In contrast to the ages, the positive cases were between 19 to 24 years old with 13.72% by the female student population, and the male administrative population from 31 to 36 years old with 3.98%. The levels of total antibodies and immunoglobulin G remained unchanged in the first seven months, but by the tenth month there was a 4% disparity, representing a threshold of protection with a borderline baseline |
