الملخص:At the House of Protection and Institutional Care "Dueña de mí" there is difficulty in learning the Math subject, which occurs by the lack of teachers that cover all the subjects and also by the complex state of the students who have been have been meddled in human trafficking and sexual abuse. Talking geographically, it can be said that in 7 Region, consisting of three provinces, is El Oro Province there, one of its cantons is Machala, itself composed of the parish La Providencia and Santa Elena neighborhood where the research was done. In the course of this academic work to achieve the objectives, many tools were used, such as: teacher interview, and a survey to both teacher and students. After an environment assessment sheet was applied, considering pedagogical, communicative and technological aspects, the same that provided reliable and relevant information. Thus is reached to develop and implement a virtual learning environment with greater difficulty blocks, determined through methods before mentioned and applying experts consultancies to achieve to design quality teaching resources, becoming it a supporting tool for teaching.
