Shrnutí:The present research project provides an overview of the activities implemented, the scope of the study and the objectives and benefits of the project, focusing on the analysis and development of its organizational structure. The general and specific objectives of the project are designed to cover all elements relevant to organizational design. Consequently, data was collected from primary sources to obtain insights into the organizational culture of "Nacer" and its structure. This information is then presented in the form of organizational charts, illustrating the hierarchical levels of the company and the distribution of authority. Furthermore, the project assessed the responsibilities of workers and used manuals to avoid duplication of tasks. Similarly, the company was found to have no procedures manual covering key processes such as scheduling, user service, staff recruitment and supply procurement, as none currently exists. The research methodology is explanatory and included both quantitative and qualitative approaches. It used deductive and inductive methods and is descriptive in nature. Through the use of research techniques such as surveys and observation, extensive information is gathered to develop the organizational design. In summary, it can be confirmed that all the objectives outlined have been achieved. Furthermore, a key recommendation is that the management should implement the proposal in order to improve both its internal and external image.
