Samenvatting:The present Curricular Integration Work is titled "Analysis of the sentence 004-14-SCN-CC, which weighs interculturality over the right to life, in comparison to the sentence 113-14-SEP- CC" and its interest to investigate and do an analysis, is due to evident the lack of protection mechanisms, as well as the constant violation of human rights such as the right to life, right to personal integrity, right to self-determination, right to effective judicial protection, right to integral reparation of which the Taromenane Indigenous Peoples in Voluntary Isolation that inhabit the Ecuadorian territory have been victims, one of the last peoples that are still isolated from the rest of the Ecuadorian civil society, these indigenous peoples have been victims of constant aggressions against their fundamental rights, aggressions carried out by different agents, such as the State and its lack of protection, constant confrontations between the indigenous group of recent contact such as the Waorani and the isolated Taromenane, confrontations that have left hundreds of people dead, These confrontations have been disguised as internal conflicts that are part of their cosmovision, but undoubtedly these confrontations generate negative consequences especially for the indigenous peoples in isolation, since the subsistence of the last original indigenous peoples, who voluntarily do not maintain contact, is endangered. The study shows the evident and constant violation of human rights to which the indigenous peoples in voluntary isolation have been subjected, as well as the lack of protection by the State for this vulnerable group, since although the State has been aware of the violent events that have occurred between the indigenous peoples in recent contact with those in isolation, no measures have been taken, It should be emphasized that the human rights that are being violated are recognized not only in the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, but also in international instruments. The violation of constitutional rights of indigenous peoples in voluntary isolation has put the subsistence of the members of these peoples at risk, which could result in the end of the existence of these peoples, who also represent the living heritage of Ecuador. In this work of Curricular Integration, the use and application of materials and methods that made possible the realization of the same, so in this work I have used and applied different materials, as well as different methods to legal professionals, which resulted in a clear lack of coordination and protection for these peoples, results that have been of great help to me to raise my proposed guidelines, this in order to safeguard the life, the personal integrity of the members of these peoples as individuals and as peoples.
