This thesis entitled "FINANCIAL ANALYSIS TO ELEC-SUR OF THE CITY OF LOJA, 2014-2015" Was developed in compliance with one of the requirements of the Regulation prior to choose the degree of Engineer in Accounting and Auditing, Public Auditor-Accountant Academic System. Its development refers to meeting the overall objective raised for this work, the same as was directed to conduct a financial analysis in the period 2014-2015, to make timely and appropriate decisions, from which was established three specific objectives; so that the first objective was to conduct the analysis and interpretation of the financial structure by the methods of vertical and horizontal analysis, the second objective was aimed at the implementation of financial indicators of liquidity, activity, profitability, The third objective was the development of the report and the proposed improvement alternatives contain the same improvement on the results of the financial analysis. As for the methodology used methods, procedures and investigative techniques that allowed gathering the information necessary for analyzing financial statements and make your changes, changes and developments that have suffered in the period examined was applied. 5 Additionally the recommendations to bring in management decisions left and quantitative results are also socializes the importance of continuing the practice of financial analysis at least once a year, and the implementation of financial indicators for based and qualitative decisions and / or corrective necessary.
