| Итог: | The current research study "Compliance with open and close government in the Decentralized Autonomous Government, period May 2023 – April 2024" attempts to address important issues in public administration by emphasizing the role that citizens play in political events. Based on the interaction between citizens and the government, this research study is a component of the open and closed government paradigm, which is underpinned by the values of accountability, transparency, participation, teamwork, and innovation. The work's main goal was to examine how well open and closed government operated in the Municipal GAD of Loja over the specified time frame. In order to achieve this, a number of specific goals were set, including determining how ICTs are used, identifying the primary obstacles, and, lastly, creating a report that not only presents the findings but also makes suggestions for advancing the ongoing development of transparent and local government as well as the fortification of democracy and local governance. The research employed a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches, utilizing methods like surveys of a sample of 246 residents and interviews with important departments (local development, planning, technology, and communication). Moreover, analytical, descriptive, and bibliographic approaches were applied to the investigation. According to the study's findings, conformity with open and close government, as measured by the transparency and information access template set by Article 19 LOTAID, received an 80 out of 100. This outcome is appropriate and shows that the organization complies with all legal standards. Nonetheless, it was determined that the existing information needed to be updated and completed. Furthermore, it is imperative to enhance the bond between the government and the populace by advocating for increased public participation in decision- making procedures. |
