Análisis Jurídico Constitucional Del Derecho a La Resistencia Para Establecer Un Procedimiento, Para Su Ejercicio Efectivo, Sin Que Constituya Un Disturbio Social

This thesis is framed within the guidelines established by the National University of Loja, the title is "LEGAL CONSTITUTIONAL ANALYSIS OF THE RIGHT TO RESISTANCE TO ESTABLISH A PROCEDURE FOR EFFECTIVE EXERCISE, WITHOUT CONSTITUTING A SOCIAL DISTURBANCE". For whose study I consider as a general objective, conduct a legal, doctrinal and social study on the right to resistance to determine procedures for effective enjoyment. In order to achieve this objective, extensive research was carried out on the problem and in turn hiso used various scientific methods and techniques, applied in the research process, in order to obtain positive results for my goal, and can (r) broadly understand the various shortcomings in Ecuadorian law regarding the enforcement of the right to resistance and to be able to determine that this positive vision of the Right to Resistance becomes a reality is essential education, of which people about this right; and all Ecuadorian citizens,a. by showing them that it is not illegal, violent or unsuspecting, but a guaranteeing right of peace, social stability and, therefore, happiness. This must change the perception that resistance must necessarily be armed, raising awareness of the non-violent slope of it. The field work of this thesis, allowed me to obtain well-founded, clear and precise criteria, with very important bibliography that contributed to the verification of objectives, development of both conclusions and recommendations and as a basis to propose a reform proposal with which I intend to contribute with fundamental and transcendent changes within the Ecuadorian regulations.
