| Crynodeb: | In preterm infants a convergence of factors makes that their nutritional vulnerability increase and the risk of complication is high. In the enteral nutrition the complications depends of the kind of milk that is been supplying to the infant, if it is human the complications that we can watch are because of the way that we supply the milk, the quality of it and the right handling of it. Also there are other complications that can be present like gastric intolerance and enterocolitis. In the intravenous nutrition the complications can be: mechanical, metabolic and infectious. This complication affects the growth and development of the premature infant according to pathologies that they present at the same time. For this reason my investigation knows the nutritional support complications of the newborn premature critical child’s and how it affects their clinical evolution. It includes 39 cases of critic’s preterm infants of both sexes. The population that was material of investigation was conformed for 39 critical preterm. The most frequent complication in infants fed with enteral nutrition was gastric intolerance and in the new born that has mixed nutrition the problems that they shay were metabolic disorders, infectious complications and mechanical type. Most infants studied received inadequate caloric intake in the first week of life. The high growth rate remained below the tenth percentile symmetrically in more than two thirds of the simple.
