PERIOD 2013-2014. It was conducted according to the provisions of the Regulation of Academic Board of the Loja National University of. The General Objective: was to raise awareness will teachers and parents about the impact of the Early Stimulation in Basic General Education First Grade Children Cognitive Development. The methods used for the preparation of this research work were: Scientist, Inductive-Deductive, Analytic-Synthetic, Description methods and Statistical Model, which served them help efficiently achieve the goal. The techniques and instruments used were: Survey applied to teachers to determine if running early stimulation activities for High School, First Grade General of Basic Education "Napo" National Educational Unit; and, an Observation Guide applied to children of School, First Grade General of Basic Education "Napo" National Educational Unit to evaluate Cognitive Development. We conclude that: 100% of surveyed teachers indicate that they run early stimulation activities for children High School First Grade Basic General Education. Regarding the observation guide applied to children Cognitive Development to assess the results determine that: 63% of girls and children have observed Cognitive Development Highly Satisfactory, Satisfactory 31%; and 6% Unsatisfactory.
