It is very risky to try a business succeed without having developed a strategic marketing plan. Following an appropriate methodological procedure within a marketing plan and drawn in schema regulated institutionally, my research was developed as follows: In the first instance there has been an external analysis of the factors involved in the company, such as economic, social, political, technological, the same that allowed identify threats and opportunities affecting the company, which were weighted priority. They have determined that the company does not take advantage of external opportunities and susceptible to threats from their environment more than that is weak internally. Internal company analysis was conducted by applying surveys to internal and external customers; as well as an interview with the manager of the company, which allowed determine the strengths and weaknesses of the company, the same as they were weighted according to importance, which determined that the company is not using its strengths to enable it to correct its weaknesses. By internal analysis of the company, the company diagnosis was made OKINAWASERV CIA. LTDA. under current conditions it encounters. Subsequently it has made the high-impact matrix, which allowed to consider strategic to be developed in the final proposal objectives. The proposal has been determined that the lack of a defined vision and mission for the company, has created this does not have a clear direction. It has determined the vision and mission of the company OKINAWASERV CIA. LTDA., Which will help guide the fate of the company. The company OKINAWASERV CIA. LTDA., Lacks a marketing plan. The marketing plan to be implemented in this project is to select and perform the respective contracts with the media with the largest circulation, propose a training plan, improve customer service and promote the services offered by the company OKINAWASERV CIA. LTDA.

LTDA.La investigación sobre la propuesta de un Plan Quinquenal de Marketing para la empresa Okinawaserv Cía. Ltda., fue desarrollada en el cantón Lago Agrio Provincia de Sucumbíos, teniendo como objetivo general elaborar un plan de marketing con la finalidad de mejorar el desarrollo económico y competitivo de la empresa, ya que el plan estratégico de marketing es un instrumento esencial en toda organización, pues facilita la comercialización eficaz de cualquier tipo de producto o servicio. Resulta muy arriesgado intentar que una empresa triunfe sin haber elaborado previamente un plan estratégico de marketing. Siguiendo un procedimiento metodológico adecuado dentro de un plan de marketing y encuadrada en el esquema normado institucionalmente, el presente trabajo de investigación se desarrolló de la siguiente manera: En primera instancia se ha realizado un análisis externo de los factores que intervienen en la empresa, como son los factores económicos, sociales, políticos, tecnológicos, los mismos que permitieron detectar las amenazas y oportunidades que afectan a la empresa, las cuales fueron ponderadas en orden de prioridad. Se han determinado que la empresa no aprovecha las oportunidades externas y que es susceptible a las amenazas de su entorno a más de que es débil internamente. Se realizó el análisis interno de la empresa mediante la aplicación de encuestas a los clientes; así, como una entrevista al Gerente de la empresa, lo que permitió determinar las fortalezas y debilidades de la empresa, las mismas que fueron ponderadas de acuerdo a la importancia, que determinó que la empresa no está aprovechando sus fortalezas que le permitan corregir sus debilidades. Mediante el análisis interno de la empresa, se realizó el diagnóstico de la empresa OKINAWASERV CIA. LTDA. en las condiciones actuales que se encuentra. Posteriormente se ha realizado la Matriz de alto impacto, la que permitió plantearse los objetivos estratégicos a ser desarrollados en la propuesta definitiva. En la propuesta se ha determinado que la falta de una Visión y Misión definida para la empresa, ha originado que esta no tenga un rumbo definido. Se ha determinado la Visión y Misión de la empresa OKINAWASERV CIA. LTDA., lo cual ayudará a enrumbar el destino de la empresa. La empresa OKINAWASERV CIA. LTDA., carece de un plan de marketing. El plan de marketing a ser implementado en el presente proyecto consiste en seleccionar y realizar los respectivos contratos con los medios de comunicación de mayor circulación, proponer un plan de capacitación, mejorar el servicio al cliente y promocionar los servicios que ofrece la empresa OKINAWASERV CIA.
