सारांश: | Today job insecurity in the informal vendors is a global phenomenon that afflicts not only those who exercise, but also their families and society in general. These are people who make their living by selling a wide range of products in the streets, sidewalks and other public spaces not allowed, and that they are not regulated, registered and / or controlled by the state. Therefore this research with the stated problem: "Job insecurity in the Mall Market Loja". The same as its main objective: Raising strategies to improve the working conditions of informal vendors Market Mall Loja, and as specific objectives: To identify the causes and effects caused by job insecurity in the informal and Selling Market Mall, also determine the socio-economic situation of the families of street vendors and finally formulate social focus viable alternatives to gradually regularize informal sales. For the development of this research, the main methods used were: the method of community self, which was developed in three stages: First stage: Initial exchange with the subject appellant of professional action. Second stage: the stage and Exploration Stage: Process diagnosis and solutions; techniques was used: 40 surveys of the informal vendors and what enabled and updated to the current situation gathering factual information, which allowed for the respective conclusions and recommendations. The main findings have been obtained by applying the survey are: Informal vendors fully affirmed that are not covered by social security, do not have a stable work place likewise expressed that the treatment afforded them by the municipality is not satisfactory, because they have been physically assaulted by municipal workers, confiscation of their goods and not allow them to work in peace, saying that they have not given alternative solutions and that the municipality had not given them 5 any help or assistance in order that they can make their sale so formal, maintaining that know the reasons why they have not given them timely help, and that the mayor does not want to access a dialogue to solve this problem. Finally, most say they have not received any help from other state institutions such as human development bonus, lodging, day care for their children or soup kitchens, who are forced to take them to work with them because They not have a place to leave them while they work. Mostly family group consists of more than seven people with lower monthly income at a base salary unified so that their spouses have been the responsibility of working either in the same activity or another to cover expenses home. |
