Sumari:Today, it is vital that companies have a Strategic Plan of marketing as a key tool for achieving the goals of any business or organization. Is by this that the present thesis has as objective general: "develop a Plan strategic of marketing to the company" INSERSER C. Ltda. "of the city of Machala, provider of services of security physical and electronic", to contribute with the development organizational of the company in study. Within the objectives specific that is have proposed have: "make a diagnosis situational of the company INSERSER C. Ltda."; "Make an analysis of the factors external (EFE) affecting the activity developed by the company in study"; "An analysis of the factors internal (EFI) identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the company INSERSER C. Ltda."; "Make an analysis SWOT in the company INSERSER C. Ltda."; "Developing the high impact matrix that allows the strategic objectives for the investigated company"; "Develop them objectives strategic with the purpose of get a best performance in the provision of those services that offers the company"; and "The budget required to implement the Strategic Plan of marketing in the company INSERSER C. Ltda.". For to meet with the objectives raised is used materials, methods and techniques; that was used to collect the necessary information about strategic, planning, which served for the elaboration of the proposal of the strategic plan of marketing in the company "INSERSER C. Ltda.". 6 Then presents the results of the information obtained, where took place the Situational diagnosis of the company that allows you to analyze the external aspects of the environment, thus same the internal aspects, in order to establish the current status of the company is. So have the matrix EFE with a value of 2,77 points what means that there is a predominance of them opportunities on the threats; While the matrix EFI with a value of 2.89 points which means that there is a predominance of strengths over weaknesses. Subsequently is formulated them strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats, of the matrix SWOT, the same that allowed determine them objectives strategic, so have: "establish the philosophy business of the company"; "Design plans advertising to give to know the services that offers the enterprise"; "Develop a plan of training for the employees of the company"; "To establish a motivation and incentive plan for employees of the enterprise"; and "develop a plan of strategies of sales for the company". It should be noted that implementation of the strategic objectives has a cost of $11.928, 00. Finally is presents it concerning to them conclusions, where is poses to the Manager of the company "INSERSER C. Ltda." the importance of the implementation of the plan strategic of marketing, of such way that is increase them sales and them utilities of the company.
