Summary:The overall objective of this research is to: Develop a Strategic Marketing Plan for the Company "SYSPARKS-ECUADOR" Jewel City of Sachas, Orellana Province. To carry out this research work a methodological order, which allowed to obtain the necessary information to propose possible solutions is followed; methods used were: Historical, Deductive, Inductive, Statistical. The techniques used were: Direct Observation, Interview with the Manager of the company and Survey to 10 employees and 330 customers. The data obtained through the application of the aforementioned techniques, have revealed that: 67% of staff surveyed do not know the objectives of the company, 78% unknown vision and mission, 67% said there is good communication Executives-Personal, 100% said there is no organizational structure, 56% consider the reception of customers has decreased 100% said they have no agreement with local companies, 67% confirmed not carry advertising. In the customer survey it was established that: 42% of customers surveyed considered that the company SYSPARKS-ECUADOR is little known, 88% did not receive promotions, 46% claimed to have known the company through business cards and 25% recommendation.
