| Sumari: | The following qualification work consists on the development of a proposal for the process improvement in the Software Quality Assurance Area based on the Integrated Maturity Capacity Model (CMMI v1.3) jointly with the IDEAL model for Telecommunications and Information Unit (TIU) of the National University of Loja (NUL), the objective is to propose policies, roles and responsibilities as well as processes and procedures that fit to the software department from (TIU). In order to validate the proposal a pilot test was taken specifically of the Institutional Planning and Development Module of the “Financial Administrative Academic Information System” (FAAIS) of the National University of Loja. In order to formulate policies, roles and responsibilities I based myself on the standard proposed by International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB), in the same way for the improvement of the software development processes was based on the Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) standard, in the uprising of the templates we reviewed several standards that after an analysis could be determined suitable for these instances by matching them to the requirements required in this project, such as IEEE 830-1998 for documentation or requirements specification, IEEE 730-2002 in order to define the of Process and Product Quality Assurance (PPQA), Unified Modeling Language (UML) for specification cases of use and ISO/IEC/IEEE 29119-3:2013 to define the test plan. To perform the tests to the Planning and Institutional Module, an analysis was made of the types of tests and tools to be used based on the test too be performed, determining that the tools to be used are Testlink and JMeter. |
