Propuesta de proyecto, reglamento de seguridad industrial y ocupacional para la empresa “Horchatas la Sureñita” de la ciudad de Loja

This paper titled "PROPOSAL PROJECT REGULATION OF OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND FOR THE COMPANY HORCHATAS THE SUREÑITA IN CITY OF LOJA, Perform general aim regulations Industrial Safety and Occupational Health and production company marketing "Horchatas The Sureñita" in the city of Loja and has specific objectives: to analyze the current situation of the company" Horchatas the Sureñita "; Identify, classify and assess the various risks of the company; prepare technical documents such as risk map, noise and evacuation signage; analyze the consequences generated by the production process environmental impact, develop a plan of industrial safety at work which allows implementation in the company, articulate the rules that promotes Industrial Safety and Occupational Health in the company "Horchatas the Sureñita". Present regulations Regulations for Industrial Safety and Occupational Health and thus give effect to the overall objective of the research. Theoretical contained in this research are properly supported and cited the source where they have been obtained, the methods that were used in the 6 development of this research were: the historical method to the progress and changes that have occurred over time (story) about the subject under investigation; analytical method for testing the problem, breaking into parts each and every one of the elements involved, for better clarity of the subject matter and reach the intended purpose; Synthetic analytical method serves to draw and describe the information obtained in an orderly and meaningful way that deepens field research and literature of the project; deductive method and this method is used with the object from general aspects of research such as knowing about horchatas production generally, to reach situations; the techniques used in this research for information concerning industrial and occupational safety held by each worker and employee in the company; interview for truthful from the directors of the company information; and document analysis all bibliographic information regarding regulations of industrial and occupational safety shall be used. As a result of the application of these techniques, we obtained the following results: In the interview with Mr. manager of the production company Horchatas "The Sureñita" We were able to get first hand information about what the company is doing in the field of industrial safety, it is implementing a clear policy, but missing many things to do , there have been roughly training for company employees in fire control issues, but lack training in handling 7 machinery, handling toxic materials and handling of flammable substances. There is a regulation of industrial safety and occupational health, but we realize that 71% of respondents are not satisfied by the existing regulation. Once the situational analysis of the company concluded was determined as proposed regulations Industrial Safety and Occupational Health, this attached to all control regulations requiring the laws in our country. Always giving priority to safeguard the physical and mental integrity of each of the employees of the company "Horchatas The Sureñita"
