Using a mixed-methods design, surveys were conducted with 20 tourists and 11 tourism service providers, and interviews were held with 2 authorities from the GAD Sozoranga. The results indicate that sociocultural competitiveness (4.01) and tourist satisfaction (4.21) are highly valued, while economic infrastructure (3.73) and the effectiveness of sustainable policies (3.41) need improvement. Based on these findings, specific strategies were proposed, including enhancing tourism infrastructure through investment in transportation and accessibility, implementing more effective sustainability policies, and promoting Sozoranga as a tourist destination through marketing campaigns and entrepreneurial fairs. The aim is to address critical areas and ensure a positive and consistent tourism experience, fostering balanced and sustainable growth of tourism in Sozoranga. |
