| Summary: | The work of Curricular Integration called: “Proposal of an Integral Plan of Prevention of Labor Risks for the” COMERCIALIZADORA PAISANITO CIA. LTDA.” of the city of Loja, arises from the need to analyze the incidence and impact on the health and safety of workers, as well as the risks that could arise as accidents, incidents or occupational diseases and thus develop a planning guide on occupational safety, which will be linked to the work activities of workers in order to minimize the possible risks to which they are exposed. In this research work, a situational analysis of the current situation of the company was carried out in relation to the risks that are presented and with it, propose according to the regulations of the Ministry of Labor the Integral Plan for the Prevention of Occupational Risks, and also determine a reference budget for the implementation of the Plan. The methodology applied in this research contains a qualitative approach with a type of action research; the inductive method was applied, applying techniques and instruments such as; interview, survey applied to the 11 workers of the company and check list proposed by the Ministry of Labor that allowed to collect information that allowed to identify the situation in which the company is in terms of legal compliance, working conditions, among other important data. Among the most relevant results was that most of the workers are exposed to falls and blows. In conclusion, the company does not have a delegate in occupational health and safety, lack of training in first aid, handling of PPE, earthquakes and fires, correct use of fire extinguishers, creating a safe working environment for the development of activities. |
