| সংক্ষিপ্ত: | The general objective of this thesis is "To develop a study that allows to determine the feasibility of implementing a microenterprise producing and marketing cassava bread, Shushufindi canton, province of Sucumbíos". This work was carried out using scientific, analytical methods , synthetic, deductive and statistical. The population under study was 52,951 inhabitants with a growth rate of 3.40% segmented by families from which a sample of 373 families to whom the survey was applied was obtained. In order to comply with the objective, the market study was initiated, analyzing the demand and supply, and it was determined that there is a potential demand of 12,351, a real demand of 5,234 with an average consumption of 848 loaves a year, reaching a effective demand of 4,512,277, likewise an offer of 585,390 loaves was determined, consequently there is an unsatisfied of 3,174,841 loaves of cassava; the technical study was continued in which it was established that the micro-enterprise will be able to produce 780,000 cassava breads, starting production at 65% of installed capacity, and will be located in the Shushufindi canton in the center of the city, Av National Unit and Av. May 1, the analysis of the productive process allowed to determine that this takes about 240 min. The administrative legal study was continued, where the name of the company was established, taking the name of Breads Cía. Ltda., Which will be constituted as a limited company and will have three partners, with a term of ten years; in the organizational study of 5 hierarchical levels defined in which 9 positions occupied by 11 workers are distributed. The financial study showed that the investment to be made for the creation of the cassava bread microenterprise is $ 59,052.77 and will be financed externally with a loan of $ 18,000 in the Banco del Pacífico at a rate of interest rate of 11.26%. The unit cost of each product is $ 0.25 to which will be added 18% of profit obtaining a sale price of $ 0.30 dollars. The project is expected to report a profit of $ 9,786.86 and reach its break-even point when it operates at 67.82% of its installed capacity and reaches sales of $ 101,842.10 dollars. The Financial Assessment reports a net flow of $ 14,438.70 dollars, a positive NPV of $ 94,382.19; the IRR of the project is 37.73%, it is expected to recover the capital in 2 years, 10 months and 2 days, the Cost Benefit Report reports an indicator of 1.24 which indicates that for every dollar invested a profit of $ 0 , $ 24. The sensitivity analysis shows that the project supports an increase of 10.08% of its costs and a decrease of 8.23% of its revenues. As recommendations it is planned to equip the company according to the detail of requirements, indispensable elements to reach the installed capacity detailed in the present report and to create the company producing and commercializing cassava bread, given that the calculations made demonstrate its economic feasibility, allowing to generate wealth in the region |
