As for the results obtained in the market study, it was demonstrated that there is demand of 209 partners; In the technician it was determined that the center of the parish Lucero is the ideal location for the savings bank, the demand to cover, as well as the necessary requirements and processes; In addition the administrative and legal structure was shaped, in the economic-financial study was determined the investment, financing, costs, income, cash flow, and cash flow to later use the financial assessment tools as net present value (NPV), internal rate of return (IRR), benefit-cost ratio (RBC), period of capital recovery (PRC) and sensitivity analysis. In conclusion, the studies corroborated the feasibility of the savings bank for the partners of the Chiriyacu-Lucero irrigation system, guaranteeing sustainability and generating economic and social development. |

In conclusion, the studies corroborated the feasibility of the savings bank for the partners of the Chiriyacu-Lucero irrigation system, guaranteeing sustainability and generating economic and social development.El presente trabajo de tesis denominado “ESTUDIO DE FACTIBILIDAD PARA LA CREACIÓN DE UNA CAJA DE AHORRO A LOS SOCIOS DEL SISTEMA DE RIEGO CHIRIYACU-LUCERO DEL CANTÓN CALVAS” tiene como finalidad aportar con una propuesta que busca la integración de los socios del sistema de riego a los servicios financieros, incentivándoles al ahorro y elaborando una fuente propia de recursos que brinde financiamiento a sus actividades productivas, para ello se realizó en base a cinco objetivos específicos: estudio de mercado, técnico, administrativo- legal, económico-financiero y evaluación financiera Para dar cumplimiento con estos objetivos se utilizó algunos métodos como el científico que permitió desarrollar la revisión de literatura, el método inductivo que ayudó a establecer la demanda, el deductivo a través del cual se estableció la estructura legal, así también las conclusiones y recomendaciones, el método descriptivo que se logró detallar los procesos y requerimientos para generación del servicio de la caja, y finalmente el analítico mediante el cual permitió analizar la información obtenida en las encuestas, así como los resultados arrojados por los indicadores de evaluación financiera. En cuanto a los resultados obtenidos en el estudio de mercado se demostró que existe una demanda de 209 socios; en el técnico se determinó que el centro de la parroquia el Lucero es la ubicación más idónea para que la caja preste sus servicios, así también la demanda a cubrir, los requerimientos y procesos necesarios; en el administrativo- legal se plasmó la estructura de la caja de ahorro, en el estudio económico-financiero se determinó la inversión, el financiamiento, costos, ingresos, rentabilidad de la caja, y el flujo de efectivo para posteriormente utilizar las herramientas de evaluación financiera como el valor actual neto (VAN), tasa interna de retorno (TIR), relación beneficio-costo (RBC), periodo de recuperación de capital (PRC) y el análisis de sensibilidad.
