Προσθήκη ετικέτας | Περίληψη: | My thesis work is guided the study of the Law of Substances Narcotics and Psychotropic where he/she settles down that to proceed to the destruction of the drug samples stored in the cellars of the CONSEP (national advice of control of substances narcotics and psychotropic’s), it is needed of definitive sentence, which will be emitted by the Judge expert of the cause, this causes that it is stored by many years without being given a solution to this problem that causes nuisances and expenses for the country. When investigating this topic, we realize that the administration of justice of the country doesn't guarantee a good development of the penal processes since on the crimes of drug traffic the same ones they are not finished in the time that establishes the law, equal it forms the administration of the goods and substances in custody of the CONSEP (national advice of control of substances narcotics and psychotropic’s) it is terrible, for the existent lack of a good administration of those goods that has strayed in many cases or they have deteriorated. The theoretical work and of field of the present thesis it allowed me to obtain approaches, with clear and precise foundations, the same ones that helped me to the verification of objectives and contra station of outlined Concluding therefore that it exists an it emptied legal in the Law of Substances Narcotics and Psychotropic with respect to the execution of the term that is given for the destruction of the samples in custody, the necessity arises consequently of recommending an artificial proposal of reformation to the Law of Substances Narcotics and Psychotropic, so that insecurity doesn't exist in the society for the storage of those substances, the same ones that can be subtracted. |
