With to happen from the time the Accounting one is acquiring high degree of importance in the managerial area and on having been always under the vigilance of the Service of Internal Revenues has done that the companies realize his activities everything established be based in the Beginning of Accounting generally accepted but also on the Tributary Internal Regime. It is because of it that the Accounting is a fundamental tool to be able to distinguish the mistakes and successes of the company and that the owner and the clients are satisfied. His principal aim is to supply information of the economic and financial situation of the company for which is necessary to know the heritage of the same ones and to exercise a control on them fundamentally to be able to distinguish the mistakes and successes of the company and that the owner and the clients are satisfied. Thanks to the implantation of the countable process in the company " Ochoa Córdova Carlota Robertina ", it was possible to reflect his financial statement of the company together with the documents support (annexes, invoices of purchases and sales, roles, reports) they helped to reflect the current condition of the company. My principal aim by means of my Thesis when implements the countable process in the company Ochoa Córdova Carlota Robertina is to provide necessary information about the company to the owner of the company and that the learning of the accounting is in an agreeable and effective way. Where there is a company of success, someone took at some time a brave decision, of taking of the hand a good accounting
