Add Tag | Summary: | In the present work of legal analysis entitled “LEGAL ANALYSIS OF THE CONSEQUENCES THAT CARRY OUT THE RESOLUTIONS OF TRANSFERS BY JURISDICTIONAL GUARANTEES OF PERSONS DEPRIVED OF LIBERTY TO THE DEPRIVATION CENTER OF LIBERTY LOJA 1”. It is the main part to analyze the consequences that attracted the transfers of people deprived of liberty called maximum danger to the Loja 1 detention center. Therefore I can state that within the study carried out within the present investigation I can state that based on Constitutional Law where it can reflect and support this investigation, as well as make a connection within the penitentiary field, a fundamental point within the present work, therefore It can be reflected in the analysis of what the jurisdictional guarantees would be, a point that has connections with constitutional law and penitentiary law. Well, based on these statements, I can state that habeas corpus is duly supported and analyzed in the prison system, in which it is possible to demonstrate the shortcomings and gaps that provide a means of supporting the problem raised; because it can be stated that the person deprived of liberty is immersed in a series of violations, since the transfer of people with legal causes quite distant from theirs, generates an environment of inequity and irresponsibility towards the due control, niceness and support of jurisdictional guarantees in the field of human rights. For this reason, I allow myself to state that it allowed me to analyze from the historical scope of the prison system, in addition to elucidating and understanding how jurisdictional guarantees operate in Ecuador, thus manifesting their lack and emptiness at the time of raising my problem, since corrective habeas corpus keeps an intimate relationship with respect to the transfers of persons deprived of liberty, since the criminal index or level should be subject to a certain separation, since legal distance is generated in the area of operation in detention centers, since a 5 detention center freedom with a low level of danger does not provide the means of protecting people who, due to their criminal incidence, could affect prison harmony.
