Análisis financiero e implementación de un plan de mejoras en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado parroquial rural San Francisco del Vergel, provincia de Zamora Chinchipe correspondiente al periodo del 2019 al 2021

Through the Financial Analysis applied to the financial statements for the years 2019– 2021, the current situation of the entity was determined. The distribution of assets was established equitably through Vertical and Horizontal Analysis according to the financial institution needs. In addition, the absolute and relative variation that has been suffered by each item or account of the Financial Statements of a period concerning the other was determined. Thus, it allowed to evaluate the institution´s behavior : if this was good, regular, or bad; in this way, it also applied Reasons or Indicators with graphic representation interpretations to verify anomalies that affect the management of Gad. With the execution of the Horizontal and Vertical Analysis, it was concluded that the Rural Parish Gad of San Francisco del Vergel, Cantón Palanda, Province of Zamora Chinchipe, has a high Capital that allows the normal development of the institution. The report will allow professionals to have a valid instrument for effective and timely decision-making. Then the conclusions and recommendations of the research are presented, which will serve as a guide for the owner and those who are part of it.
