Özet:Nowadays, the main factors that affect educational quality revolve around classroom management, as it is an essential component for educators, leading to the research of analyzing the classroom management strategies used by teachers for the teaching-learning process at the Carpe Diem Private Basic Education School, in the academic year 2023-2024. The methodology used was the deductive method, with a quantitative approach, of the descriptive type and cross-sectional design. In this context, the population consisted of 21 Basic Education teachers, the research instrument was an adapted structured questionnaire applied through a survey: eight classroom management strategies were then identified, such as: classroom design, rules, discipline, planning, technical instructions, organization and communication, corresponding to six dimensions: space, time, subject, student, teacher, and digital resources. Then it was diagnosed that the classroom design strategy: dimension space highlights the parameter related to efficient space for interaction, the organization strategy: time dimension emphasizes efficient activity planning in the classroom, while the planning and technical instruction strategy: subject dimension underscores the efficient use of digital materials within the classroom, the discipline strategy: student dimension prevails with efficient classes that strengthen students' knowledge, followed by the rules strategy: teacher dimension, where efficiently taking all students into account equally, and finally the communication strategy: digital resources dimension, with greater efficiency in the use of digital resources such as: slides, infographics, images, and videos. Likewise, it was possible to evaluate that the rules strategy: teacher dimension and communication strategy: digital resources dimension present a higher percentage in the efficient scale, and in the inefficient scale, the classroom design strategy: space dimension stands out.
