總結: | The following work entitled "Coffee as a producer of experiences through the proposal of a themed café in Taxiche - Malacatos Parish of Loja", arises from the need to create an establishment where people can get attached to products that are cultivated in this parish mainly for coffee. The main objective of this project is to develop a business plan for the thematic café in Taxiche - Malacatos Parish of Loja, based on the analysis of the information collected in different studies that were carried out finding results in each of the proposed specific objectives: Carry out a café market study in Taxiche - Malacatos parish of Loja, which allowed us to know the current market situation, as well as the main competitors, a survey was carried out to determinate the needs of customers and finally through a SWOT analvsis the existing problems of the place were determined, this allowed the development of the second objective. To design a business plan for the thematic café market study in Taxiche – Malacatos parish of Loja, with the results found we can state that the café needs to have a pleasant atmosphere, where people can spend time, be able to enjoy a quality coffee, also enjoy different types of hot or cold drinks with a variety of snacks. This project is in Taxiche - Malacatos parish of Loja. The target market of the café "La Molienda" is mainly national and foreign people with ages between 18 to 50 years. The financial evaluation shows the following results: The opening investment needed to undertake the business plan is $10,510. The current value is $87,111 which means that it is greater than the investment of $10,510; the Internal Rate of Return of 81.18%, which is greater than the opportunity cost of 10%, the capital recovery period will take place in 2 years 8 months. Which means that the project is profitable. Afterwards, a promotion plan for the thematic café in Taxiche was proposed. in which it was determined that the best way for the promotion of the café is social networks, posters, advertising videos, flyers and influencers. Finally, conclusions were made by each of the objectives, which allowed us to establish that in Taxiche there is a big demand of tourists looking for new establishments and places that meet their needs. in addition. recommendations were generated for the Mill and the competent entity such as the GAD of Malacatos Parish. |
