Afegir etiqueta | Sumari: | The following research paper entitled "Feasibility Project to Implement a recycling company Polyethylene and Polypropylene Plastic timber production in the Canton of Loja" has the primary objective of demonstrating its suitability for implementation on the local market, by conducting market research, technical, organizational, financial and environmental. The methodology used to develop this project was oriented to the needs of the same, using different materials like supplies, office equipment and library materials could be important information about the research topic, with the application of the Deductive Methods , Inductive and Statistical research was the intended target, and the determination of the population and sample was applied survey techniques, observation and acknowledged. With respect to the results obtained by the application of 152 surveys to people who are engaged in carpentry or similar activity, it was determined that plastic timber production if acceptance would the applicant population and the population bidder is deduced that the product to be developed there and its introduction into the local market would have no problem. Within the discussion details the different studies, starting with the Market Research, it was established that demand is 28.855 for 2013 and 3503 offer, then there is the technical study in which it was determined that the plant production will be located next to the landfill of the City of Loja and Capacity Utilization for the first year is 80% producing 3840 board, in determining the organizational study established that the company will work under the type of limited liability company with name of "Tiger Wood Plastic Wood". Regarding the Financial Study was obtained that the total investment for the project is $ 61,003.73, the selling price of the product is $ 18.41, the internal rate of return of 20.53% and the period of Payback is 1 year, 7 months and 16 days, with respect to the environmental study concluded that the plastic is disposed in a highly-polluting and environmentally damaging both long and short term and 54 boards producing plastic recycled can save 10 trees. With all the above is concluded that the implementation of this project is suitable financially contributing to business and economic development of the county as well as environmental conservation. |
