Diagnóstico financiero al 30 de abril de 2013 y proyección de ventas en la empresa comercial “luis guerrero” del cantón Catamayo, provincia de Loja para el año 2013

This thesis was carried out in the Commercial Company of Canton Catamayo Luis Guerrero , Province of Loja, the same that is used to identify and assess the financial situation of the company to support the decision making process by their manager is correct. So that the general objective to make the Financial Diagnosis April 30, 2013 and Forecast Sales in the Commercial Enterprise " Luis Guerrero " in Canton Catamayo , Province of Loja through the application of methods, techniques and study indicators such as Liquidity, Debt Yield and allowing it to determine the statistical percentage of each of the accounts of the Balance of Financial Position and Financial Statements possible to know the degree of actual financial -economic performance of the organization and therefore a detailed report findings and conclusions with the respective valid , reasonable and appropriate recommendations to assist the progress of the company . For the development of this thesis and to the knowledge of reality leaned on methods and techniques that allowed us to deduce, analyze and interpret situations or events that led to significant changes in the activities or operations of the company, also by interviewing the Managing - Owner of the company allowed to obtain relevant information on the situation is the same. According to the results it was determined that the main problem of Commercials“Luis Guerrero "is that has not been done a Financial Diagnosis and Projected Sales from your financial institution is for this reason that the company is not known what their strengths , weaknesses, opportunities are , threats and actions and measures to be undertaken to improve their current situation . Also found not to perform an internal and external analysis which allows developing sales forecasts future by minimizing costs, business expansion and thus maximizing profits Concluding finally “Commercials” Luis Guerrero, is well accepted in the market therefore you can apply a SWOT matrix, which help you have a better view of your investments and future earnings Given the above it can be concluded that the Commercial Luis Guerrero Canton Catamayo, Province of Loja do the implementation of a Financial Diagnosis and increase new policies regarding the application of diagnostics administrative and financial nature to know the real situation of the company the fulfillment of its goals and objectives and ensure efficient administration based on their economic and financial situation.
