"The notion is linked born into slavery, a concept that evolves in time to be reflected as a visible social problem in the late nineteenth century and early twentieth century." One of the manifestations of slavery is exploitation and loss of freedom. "Therefore, it can be concluded that the essential elements of the concept of human trafficking must also concur in the concept of organ trafficking; fundamentally, the core element of organ trafficking is acting against the consent of the victim, the "donor" organ, which compelled sees this activity because it is coerced, it is deceived or abused their situation vulnerability, inferiority or dependence ". In the last 50 years, the donation of organs, tissues and cells and their use in transplants advanced accelerated even irregularly in countries, which are major differences in access to these procedures were generated, as well as their level of quality, safety and effectiveness.
