Description
Summary:This work presents the technical-economic analysis of the use of induction cooker; evaluation of energy consumption is presented in four stages. The first stage refers to the energy consumption without induction cooker, in the second scenario analysis of energy consumption with induction cooker and it represents the variation in daily energy demand in the third scenario is considered only consumption occurs representing the induction cooker and last stage a supposed comparison implementing the kitchen users benefiting from the residential rate is performed. The duration of the sensed scene is done by reference to the NTE INEN ISO 2859-1: 2009 in paragraph 3 with respect to terms, definitions and symbols and more specifically in paragraph 3.1.17 regarding sampling plan , footnote 2 is determined that: A sampling plan does not contain rules on the way in which sampling. Therefore the sampling time was determined as the average length of a gas cylinder that is one month. For the analysis and evaluation of measurement data obtained at each stage, a statistical method (cluster analysis), which allowed grouping data always looking for a relationship between all the data values of electricity consumption used for the monitored first three scenarios. In the first chapter a review of all prior to the use of technology as a method of induction cooking basics presents concepts concerning everything that encompasses magnetism, laws and equations, and everything about the current state Ecuador in the face of change Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) for electricity. The second chapter details the operation and parts of induction cooking, heat is generated as from electromagnetic induction, where it is determined that the induction cooker has major advantages over LPG kitchen. The third chapter presents the energy assessment, measurement scenarios detailing made and the equipment used to collect data, the statistical method used for the analysis of the detailed database. The last chapter is a reference to the results obtained, leading to determine the induction cooker an increase in energy consumption of the house where the evaluation was made in the first stage there was a measurement of 118.809 kWh consumption, meanwhile the second scenario was an increase in it, at this stage presented a power consumption of 151.085 kWh, which represents an increase of 14% in consumption billing. Finally, conclusions and recommendations of the draft thesis is presented, where it is determined that the induction cooker has a larger cooking LPG to efficiency, also is more favorable to use electricity as cooking method, considering that the country will running major hydropower projects.
