Evaluación del índice de riesgo de transformadores de distribución utilizando sistemas de inferencia difusa en el marco de la gestión de activos

In the present titling work, the risk index of the distribution transformers connected to the Celi Román feeder belonging to the Empresa Eléctrica Regional del Sur S.A. is evaluated. The risk index of the distribution transformers is determined by integrating the health index or state of degradation of the unit and the consequence factor that determines the consequences of the unavailability of the transformers. These variables are calculated based on information available in the geographic information system belonging to EERSSA. The evaluation of the risk index makes it possible to forecast the possible future unavailability of the transformer and take corrective measures in a timely manner. The proposed method is based on the creation of three Fuzzy Inference Systems, which was based on the integration of the criteria of experts through the DELPHI methodology, allowing the definition of the ranges of the membership functions of the variables. The evaluation of the risk index allows electrical system operators to implement asset management, optimizing resources both in maintenance and replacement, forecasting of possible failures and the expansion or renewal of the distribution transformer fleet.
