| description | In the present titling work, the risk index of the distribution transformers connected to the Celi Román feeder belonging to the Empresa Eléctrica Regional del Sur S.A. is evaluated. The risk index of the distribution transformers is determined by integrating the health index or state of degradation of the unit and the consequence factor that determines the consequences of the unavailability of the transformers. These variables are calculated based on information available in the geographic information system belonging to EERSSA. The evaluation of the risk index makes it possible to forecast the possible future unavailability of the transformer and take corrective measures in a timely manner. The proposed method is based on the creation of three Fuzzy Inference Systems, which was based on the integration of the criteria of experts through the DELPHI methodology, allowing the definition of the ranges of the membership functions of the variables. The evaluation of the risk index allows electrical system operators to implement asset management, optimizing resources both in maintenance and replacement, forecasting of possible failures and the expansion or renewal of the distribution transformer fleet. Keywords: Fuzzy Logic, Distribution transformer, risk index, assets management.En el presente trabajo de titulación se evalúa el índice de riego de los transformadores de distribución conectados al alimentador Celi Román pertenecientes a la Empresa Eléctrica Regional del Sur S.A. EERSSA. El índice de riesgo de los transformadores de distribución se determina mediante la integración del índice de salud o estado de degradación de la unidad y el factor de consecuencia que determina las consecuencias de la indisponibilidad de los transformadores. Estas variables son calculadas con base en información comúnmente disponible en el sistema de información geográfica perteneciente a la EERSSA; la evaluación del índice de riesgo permite pronosticar la posible indisponibilidad futura del transformador y tomar los correctivos de forma oportuna. El método propuesto se basa en la creación de tres Sistemas de Inferencia Fuzzy, que basados en la integración del criterio de expertos mediante la metodología DELPHI permite la definición de los rangos de las funciones de pertenencia de las variables. La evaluación del índice de riesgo permite a los operadores de sistemas eléctricos la implementación de la gestión de activos, optimizando recursos tanto en mantenimiento como en reemplazo, pronóstico de posibles fallas y la expansión o renovación del parque de transformadores de distribución.
