إضافة وسم | الملخص: | The aim of this research was to show the importance of internal communication processes as a strategic tool for the exercise of institutional leadership in the School of Basic Education "Dra. Matilde Hidalgo de Procel ", for this reason it was proposed as a general objective to analyze said processes, taking into account each element that is part of it. The importance given to communication within the educational center generates a disorganization and demotivation to fight for the fulfillment of institutional objectives, limiting the development and growth of educational leaders. To obtain direct information, observation forms were applied, interviews with executives of the institution and the president of the Central Committee of Parents of Family; and to contrast the information, surveys were applied to teachers of the campus and the technique of focus groups to the students, which facilitated redirecting the present investigation. Given the aforementioned, it was proposed to create actions to strengthen communication, applying better tools and strategies according to the institution, to improve the exercise of institutional leadership. |
