The research problem is the lack of self-esteem and self-improvement in physical education classes for children in the sixth and seventh year of Basic Education School Ing. Jose Alejandrino Velasco in the neighborhood Celi Roman. The overall objective was framed in: Discover ways to use techniques to raise self-esteem and influence personal growth of children in the seventh year of basic education in the school Ing. Jose Alejandrino Velasco of the City of Loja.. The categories in our research are related to self-esteem and self-improvement for physical education classes for this we rely on the criteria of several authors with the aim of strengthening our theoretical framework and the proposed alternative, and contribute to the formation of a man acquires new knowledge and attitudes to function in a better way and to generate new and better results in all areas of your life The methodology used was based on the type of research longitudinal character due to the duration of the same The type of approach is qualitative, since it describes the whole phenomenon during the project done, the type of pre experimental design is because working with one group and he hits a pretest and post-test to check the result in the alternative, the following methods were used: scientific, deductive and inductive method, theoretical methods of analysis and synthesis and historical logic, techniques were the survey and observation guide directly to a sample of 38 students The results obtained in this research served to verify that the seventh graders have low learning performance by lack of elevation of self-esteem on the part of teachers of Physical Culture. We conclude More than 80% feel satisfaction with the activities and feel cheerful at the same. More than 65.7% of students feel independent in its actions recommended individuales.se: Planning strategies related to self-esteem, using recreational games and motivating children through group dynamics. Activities related to body language, imitation, games, leadership, personality development that will raise the self-esteem of students activities. |
