Προσθήκη ετικέτας | Περίληψη: | This thesis, entitled "Regulation of Enabling Titles for the Driving of Electric Vehicles for Alternative Transportation of Personal Mobility", the interest that leads us to develop this research is due to the fact that throughout the country the circulation of vehicles has increased considerably. this class of vehicles on the roads where traditional vehicles travel, putting the physical integrity of all mobility actors at risk. The study carried out shows that the use of this class of vehicles has increased since the SarsCovid-19 pandemic; the lack of regulation, the low price of these vehicles, not requiring any type of knowledge about Traffic Law, Regulation, the sanctions established in the Comprehensive Criminal Organic Code and the rules of road coexistence between drivers, the recklessness of their drivers which do not measure the risk they generate when circulating on the roads in breach of their objective duty of care and all the signage located on the road; All these actions contribute to this circulation generating a risk of generating or suffering a traffic accident. In this thesis, materials and methods were applied which allowed the development of the investigation; Interviews and surveys were conducted with legal professionals, specifically in the field of traffic and road safety, results that served to propose legal reform projects for the Organic Law of Land Transport, Traffic and Road Safety; to the Application Regulations to the Organic Law of Land Transport, Traffic and Road Safety and to the Comprehensive Criminal Organic Code, which have the purpose of incorporating the way of accessing the qualifying titles for the driving and circulation of this class of vehicles, which they are your duties, rights and obligations; and generate sanctions which prevent the non-compliance of the norm by its drivers. |
