Sumari:This feasibility project evaluates the viability of establishing an online cosmetics marketing business in the city of Huaquillas. It has been considered a significant opportunity, focusing its analysis on its effective demand and the financial analysis due to the profitability and timely acceptance it has with the expected demand for the success of the business. Within it, surveys aimed at different consumers are carried out, in addition to a detailed analysis and discussion of the results, in relation to the results obtained, it can be known that the average acceptance of cosmetic products has to offer, in this business. It is 95% due to demand, demonstrating an increase in effective demand in each period. The importance of project viability according to the financial analysis chapter reveals increasing profitability, with projected income exceeding $64,009 in the first period to $70,269 in the fifth period, and a net profit increasing from $7,601.96 to $9,806.81 in the fifth period. It indicates that it is financially viable, with a controlled distribution of costs with effective strategic marketing policies that develop its growth, resulting in an average percentage (IRR) of 50% in relation to its initial investment, opening the possibility of success to its potential investors. , since the (IRR) is greater than its cost of capital, but it must be understood that policies must be used to mitigate possible risks and continuous monitoring. It is concluded that the project is acceptable for execution.
