Proyecto de Factibilidad para la creación de una Caja de Ahorro en la Parroquia Tudayme Cantón El Pangui Provincia de Zamora Chinchipe

The "PROJECT FEASIBILITY FOR THE CREATION OF A BOX OF SAVINGS IN THE PARISH Tundayme, el Pangui canton, Zamora CHINCHIPE", aims to improve the socio-economic development of the inhabitants of the parish Tundayme facilitating financing through of the credits to undertake in their own businesses and in turn promote a culture of savings. And so directly linked to development of good I live set in the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, allowing improve the quality of life for residents in the parish for it to specific objectives was performed based as in the study market, technical study, administrative study - legal and financial economic study finally: In the market study different demands was obtained as the potential is real and effective. Supply in this case indirect competition, because when there is no financial institution in the sector but around several institutions was determined, the most influential bank Loja, once the offer obtained was found that there is a unsatisfied demand with a total of 200 people once the different demands was calculated proceeded to make market plan or marketing plan according to the needs of the inhabitants of the parish according to data from the surveys; in the technical study determined the ideal place to locate the savings bank based on the method of weighted factors, the project size is 5 a function of installed capacity which was calculated for the year one available for placement totaling $ 75.216,59 and capacity utilization was taken into account 100%; project engineering is performed based on the distribution of the plant subsequently made a list of the requirements of the savings bank to start operations; the legal and administrative study was conducted for the organization and the professional profile of human resources to work in the savings account and the statutes and rules of procedure were also developed. Finally the economic and financial study was determined by calculating the investment budgets of both income and costs and finally the financial indicators. Resulting in a feasible to run on the Tundayme parish project.
