सारांश:Cooperative of Transports Loja, is a means of transportation that many years ago has been giving community service to Loja, regional, national and even internationally, is one of the largest and oldest in the country and continually renewing their units with order to maintain a fleet in perfect condition and thus improve customer service. For a period of about five decades (48 years) the company has been studied in the local market and national struggle to increase share in the target market for transport services for passengers and parcels. Thanks to the participation and decision making of managers, although in many cases empirically, one way or another have been applied and developed their knowledge and skills to leverage the strengths of the company and the current opportunities for achieving its objectives and financial services sales, as well as overcome the vicissitudes of the weaknesses and threats. The process of investigation of this issue that we have below, some from making a situation assessment of the company in order to determine current conditions and have reference to the weaknesses and strengths and as a result of this, avoid the danger threats that could result. By asking the user surveys, interviews with managers and direct observation we have made in person, has given us an overview of the current conditions of the company and its social environment. The results of these applied research techniques described above to obtain the information, has been the benchmark for determining the parent's internal analysis, external analysis, high-impact matrix analysis in conjunction with FOR, FA, DO, DA and as raising strategies accordingly in order to leverage the strengths and opportunities and reduce or remove the weaknesses and threats that directly affect the company. Dtrategies that could abstract from the study are: Develop promotional and advertising plans for the company under study. To establish training programs for operational staff and crew of Cooperative de Transporters "Loja" To take advantage of cutting-edge technological resources in the locality Use of existing resources in the company to improve services Make arrangements with suppliers of parts and supplies for units of Cooperative Transport "Loja" These strategies allowed us to develop operational plans, which are very detailed in all its organizational structure. Finally we express three major conclusions that we reached after completing the research. Top management in cooperative transport "Loja" do not realize strategic planning, neglecting so, pay attention to their weaknesses and threats and wasting internal and external resources. The Cooperativa de Transportes "Loja" has no well-defined organizational structure, according to the needs and requirements. The company's administrative offices are held by people with no training related to the functions to perform.
