Implantación del sistema contable en la junta provincial de la cruz roja, de la provincia de Sucumbíos, cantón Lago Agrio; periodo mayo del 2014

The thesis entitled "Implementation of accounting system in the Provincial Board of the Red Cross, the province of Sucumbios, Canton Lago Agrio; May 2014 period "was developed in order to provide guidance to managers of the institution regarding the appropriate processing of financial information generated in the state as well as fulfill a prerequisite to graduation as determined by Regulation Regime academician of the National University of Loja. To comply with the overall goal began with the preparation of the plan and manual analysis, designed based on the activities developed by the organization, then proceeded to the collection of information to develop the initial inventory determining equity of $ 51,677.00 , based on the information obtained we proceeded to develop the rule of Initial Situation, then all information contained in the source documents are processed, producing the respective accounting entries in the journal, immediately proceeded to the construction of the General Staff and the trial balance, from which the data for the construction of the worksheet and financial statements were taken, determining that the organization obtained a deficit of $ 4,713.59 The accounting system provided the institution allow correctly process business transactions carried the body daily, so managers are recommended to use the system designed to ensure the preparation of financial statements that provide real financial information, based to which decisions that benefit the institution finally determined due to deficits in the period it is recommended to seek funding to increase the income of the institution and ensure its permanence are taken.
