Diseño de un sistema integral de mantenimiento y seguridad industrial de las instalaciones y equipos para prácticas del Centro de la Madera de la Universidad nacional de Loja.

The following investigation work it is about the design of integral system maintenance and safety facilities and equipment for practice in the Centro de la Madera of Universidad Nacional de Loja. For the design of integral system maintenance of Centro de la Madera, it was used different types of methods as the interview, test, priority matrix, AMFE conceptual maps and default time system. In the design of integral of security of Centro de la Madera, it was used the methodology set by the Ministerio de Relaciones Laborales, IEES, OHSAS 18001, Instituto de Seguridad e Higiene en el Trabajo (España) y el Instituto Sindical de Trabajo, Ambiente y Salud (Dinamarca y España). The investigation work was realized on the Centro de la Madera instalations, wich have 20 machines. The employers Works in those palces wich four Jobs; three of office and one of administration, these were applied an interview and questionnaires in order to know the current situation of the maintenance of these places, as well as the security plan. We used lifting sheets for the equipments and a general inspection of all Wood Center. As a result we obtain a comprehensive system maintenance and safety, achieving to identify risks in the Centro de la Madera, for the employers and the equipment.
