Implantación de un sistema contable en distribuidora El Vergel, de la parroquia Yaruqui, cantón Quito provincia de Pichincha durante el periodo septiembre 2016

The application of this thesis work was carried out with the purpose of informing the owner of the best way to carry out the accounting and thus improve the decision making process. The presentation of the development of the same was fulfilled, elaborating the structure according to the requirements and regulations of the National University of Loja, to obtain the degree in Accounting and Auditing. With the implementation of an Accounting System, the objectives set forth at the start of the research work were met, information and source documents were collected in order to record the operations in an orderly manner, a Plan and Accounts Manual, Initial Inventory, was structured. Kardex Cards, Initial Situation Statement, Daily Book, General Ledger, Checking Balance Sheet, Worksheet, Income Statement, Statement of Financial Position, Statement of Cash Flows; in order to allow knowing the real economic situation of the distributor.. Finally, it is possible to determine the net profit through the development of the present research work, results that the Financial Statements showed, helping the owner to make the best decisions for the progress and growth of his business. It is also recommended that the company owner continue to use the accounting process, which will reflect clear and accurate information at any time.
