Plan estratégico de Fundebip (Fundación para el Desarrollo y Bienestar Del Policía) de la ciudad de Quito” para el periodo 2013 - 2018

The research work entitled, Strategic Plan FUNDEBIP (Foundation for the development and welfare of Police ) of Quito for the period 2013 to 2018, due to an existing problem in this non - profit to which aims to provide a viable, effective and practical solution through approach oriented to establish the parameters of a planning guide us to organize the work and the activity generated in the institution's strategic plan it that is led by volunteer wives comprised police officers committed to the institutional philosophy framed in solidarity , cooperation and service. This selfless work, try to give dignity to those who are users of the services provided. It is funded by the generous support of the police officers on active duty, of those, their closest relatives are entitled equally to the benefits it provides. FUNDEBIP was created thanks to the initiative of the wives of senior officers of the National Police, and 19 years ago with the noble aim of ensuring the welfare of members of the police institution and his family, through the creation and administration of centers child Development across the Ecuador, assisting police officers with emerging economic aid in the event of catastrophic eventualities, and rehabilitation of children with disabilities. Through this research work is ultimately determined that the problems afflicting FUNDEBIP, and is the factor that keeps you fully accomplish its purposes is focused on: - Lack of training the volunteer is active in the Foundation. - Inadequate infrastructure, limiting the service provided by the foundation. - Lack of funding sources for the activity conducted by the institution. Faced with this reality, through research, seeks to establish a Strategic Plan for a period of five years, with the aim of structuring the volunteer training, construction and implementation of modern infrastructure and the implementation of mechanisms to generate funds go to funding the work of FUNDEBIP.
