As it leaves essential from the present work settles down the general mission, which is framed in making a feasibility study for the implementation of an operating agency of tourism in the in the city of Zaruma, province of The Gold”. In addition for the execution to same the author aid in detailing to the specific objectives those that will give the initial prop for each one of the successive studies, having the determination of the existing demand same that passage gives to the market study and thus to determine the demand and effective supply in the zone, to need the used capacity and the administrative one the company, to establish the financial study with the its assets and liabilities that this thesis will devengará, to establish the legal, social and administrative organization of the company. The methodology that is used bases on methods traditional as they are it the inductive, deductive, which will allow to obtain the data that is required with the aid of the investigative techniques, such as the one of direct observation, interviews, survey. The study in mention has its beginning with the situational analysis in which several categories that provided the understanding of the administrative surroundings and therefore enterprise within the different sectorial branches from 6 the benefit are locked in on watch. Next the market study, same that allows to establish the relation between the supply and the demand, obtaining the evaluation of the unsatisfied demand in 16. 630 servicies. Next the technical study is executed which authorizes the determination more as large as the project, it is so with the valuation of the unsatisfied demand of the service, settles down the road in the execution of a company with the characteristic of benefit of this type on watch, subsequently obtained an installed aptitude to offer32.850 services a year, there being used 33,24 % of installed capacity, itself thatit constitutes like used capacity of 10.920 services a year during 5 years of life of the project. Being a company tourist service, the location within the urban perimeter of the city of Zaruma is necessary, with the purpose of being within reach of the own and strange visitors. The organizational structure of company ZARUMATOUR, is of fundamental importance in the accomplishment of the project, because the human factor is the most outstanding element in this type of companies, by being the one who will lead the administrative activities and on watch tourist (tour guides). Also the structure was preparedorganizacional of the company thatallowed to describe the functions andresponsibilities of the clerical and operativestaff, requisites, administration andplanning of the business, where theadministrative parameters of the projectare defined. |
