| description | The murder in Ecuador, has become a serious problem due to a high rate of homicides that have occurred in recent years in the country, crimes against life, a person commits by relapses and / or rare occasions, to kill or be slain with the life of an individual, and not established severe penalties for those who commit such crimes; in my capacity as a person and student of the law I have seen the importance of the problem "MURDER AND ITS LEGAL AND SOCIAL BEHAVIOR IN ECUADOR", which was developed by the literature contribution, files and texts on the Internet, the Criminal Law Ecuador , interviews and surveys conducted by natural and legal persons, determining the origin, consequences and causes of the increase in this crime are given by: - Poor social influences, - Consumption of psychotropic substances (alcohol, drugs, etc.) - Economic and psychological problems. This goal was accomplished by processing the information and legal analysis that was obtained both from surveys and interviews, determined to this problem as a phenomenon occurred in society, that every day is increasing in our country. |

El asesinato en el Ecuador, se ha convertido, en una grave problemática, debido a un alto índice de homicidios, que se han presentado en los últimos años en el país, de los delitos contra la vida, que una persona comete por reincidencias y/o esporádicas ocasiones, al asesinar o fenecer con la vida de un individuo, y al no establecerse sanciones severas para las personas que cometen este tipo de delitos; en mi calidad de persona y estudioso del Derecho he visto la importancia del problema “EL ASESINATO Y SU COMPORTAMIENTO JURÍDICO Y SOCIAL, EN EL ECUADOR”, en la que se desarrolló mediante la aportación bibliográfica, archivos y textos en internet, la Legislación Penal Ecuatoriana, entrevistas y encuestas, realizadas a personas naturales y jurídicas, determinándose que el origen, las consecuencias y las causas del incremento de este delito se dan por: - Malas influencias sociales, - Consumo de sustancias psicotrópicas (alcohol, drogas, etc.) - Problemas económicos y psicológicos.
