Gaia:The world is in a constant change and Marketing it is not the exception, nowadays the current situation of Ecuador forces day by day for that reason to the small, medium and big companies to managerial new challenges that he/she has as main aspect the market, the companies they are inclined to carry out a marketing plan. In the county of Loja the planning through the marketing has not still been developed, this is due to that its use is new in the tourism, however many have bet on the use of this management tool that allows the satisfaction of the tourists and residents, helping on the whole to the companies and government organisms to find the development so much economic as sustainable. The plant of reciclaje of the city of Loja, doesn't have a marketing plan to develop the tourist activity in the sector, which you/they don't have a guide or a specific plan to work in its invigoration like a tourist alternative product at local and national level. With these antecedents, he/she has intended "Plan of Marketing for the reciclaje plant like tourist alternative product of the city of Loja"; like a proposal that it contributes to the good handling of the activities of the reciclaje for the social, tourist, economic and environmental development of the town. For the development of this thesis, he/she settled down the specific objectives: To carry out a diagnosis of the current situation of the reciclaje plant.; the second objective is to propose a marketing plan for the reciclaje plant.; and the third objective is to socialize the marketing plan for the reciclaje plant with all those involved. The methodology used to elaborate the marketing plan for the reciclaje plant like tourist alternative product of the city of Loja, was carried out the 5 technique of the interview the same one that was carried out the boss of technical unit of the department of hygiene of the Decentralized Municipal Autonomous Government of Loja, the technique of the survey it was also used that were applied the tourists that visit the reciclaje plant, and to the workers of the reciclaje plant, what allowed to know the grade of knowledge that you/they have the tourists on the reciclaje plant and the activities that are developed inside her. Main FODA was used that he/she allowed to know the real situation in that is the reciclaje plant, and then you proceeded to design of the proposal establishing the mission and vision of the marketing plan, values, general politicians, having as well as first strategic objective; To perfect the presentation and image of the plant of reciclaje of the city of Loja whose budget is: of $225,00 the second objective; to design strategies publicitarías that allow to promote and to position the square of the university culture in the tourist market with a value of $7060,00, as third objective: to Carry out a plan of promotions and suvenires to motivate the tourist of the services that offers the reciclaje plant with a percentage of $5100,00 and finally as fourth objective: To execute a qualification plan to the employees of the plant of reciclaje of the city of Loja, with a budget of $450,00 the total of the budget of the marketing plan is of $1283500. He/she was also carried out the socialization of the plan of proposed marketing where you could rescue the participants' several opinions. After having elaborated the investigation plan you arrived to the conclusions, recommendations and the respective annexes so that the Department of Hygiene of the Decentralized Municipal Autonomous Government of Loja puts them in march and the alternative tourism in the city of Loja it can be developed satisfactorily.
