This problem has been worsening over time and threatening citizen security, so it is necessary to seek a response in the field of law and through a project to reform the Organic Code for Children and Adolescents and through social projects. of reinsertion. All of this aimed at strengthening socio-educational measures that, in addition to being a mechanism for sanctions and comprehensive reparation for the victim, should be a source of amending unlawful conduct, in order to ensure proper rehabilitation of the adolescent without come to impose a penalty that affects their integral development in the future, it can be added that the socio-educational measures are fundamentally based on the rehabilitation of minor offenders in strict compliance with our Constitution and International Instruments ratified by Ecuador. For the development of the present work of curricular integration, the following methods were used: scientific, inductive, deductive, analytical, exegetical, hermeneutic, maieutical, comparative, statistical and synthetic; and, for the collection of information, the application of surveys and interviews with legal professionals was used, whose results allowed us to propose the legal reform project to the Organic Code of Childhood and Adolescence, with the purpose of establishing socio-educational measures, more effective focused to the rehabilitation of adolescent offenders who commit the crime of hired assassins. |
