Formulación de un plan estratégico para la unidad de producción agropecuaria “La Dolorosa” de la parroquia Chuquiribamba del cantón Loja

The present so called research project: Formulation of a strategic plan for the unit of agricultural production “The Painful one” of the parish Chuquiribamba of the canton Loja; there inserts an agricultural situational diagnosis the same one that consists of the making of strategies of production to be applied in the above mentioned farm. Knowing that the agricultural and cattle activity of the parish is the main source of economic income of the families, one is thinking about how to direct appropriately the efforts of the settlers and especially of the owners of the farm the Painful one. The present work is a study of descriptive analytical character inside the productive ambience, which main target is the design of a strategic plan of the farm the Painful one. To go so far as to expire with the main target, there was carried out like starting point a diagnosis of the peculiarities that the farm uses for the production agricultural and cattle, later to it there were identified the existing bankruptcies, themselves that think about how to be settled by the exposition of strategic projects to be implemented in the future. The methodological process used in the development of the present work of thesis, it needed a suitable strategies selection, such as the application of interviews that allow to fill the counterfoil FODA with the main actors of the farm the Painful one, likewise by means of the direct observation it was possible to identify some of the existing bankruptcies in its production. Later to the process earlier mentioned there were structured strategies that to future they transform into projects that look for the suitable productive and administrative handling of the farm. The obtained results show that: The production unit is provided with a high capacity to improve the profitability levels on having increased new systems of, cultivation of strawberry, I cultivate of short cycle, upbringing of trout, and the strengthening position hens; one determines that deficient administration exists without major knowledge in Administration, Accounting and Agricultural Technology; a potential market exists for the production of trout, strawberry and hens of position (eggs); high interest on the part of the banks and cooperatives for agricultural credits; overproduction 5 periods, supported by the contraband of products of the nearby countries, the handling of the cattle factor in the farm is still incipient since manual practices are still used without technology; if it is not provided with a strategic plan or plan of improvement of the farm. The vision 2020 to be a regarding Productive Unit creating an ambience unnaturally balanced and respectfully of the indigenous biodiversity. The mission of the farm is a Unit of enterprising Agricultural production, characterized for producing agricultural products of short cycle (corn, pope, and bean), hens of position, and cattle of milk. One concludes that her a deficient Administration exists due to the ignorance in Administration, Accounting and Agricultural Technology; the absence of Planning administration, organization, control and direction of the farm generates that there exists a weak handling of the agricultural production therefore it unleashes that the benefit / cost they do not manage to generate positive income for the farm therefore it is important to do changes as for the production, implementation of technology and teams. Down this context proposes intervention strategies to itself across the present investigation, like that of a strategic plan of improvement, plan of training, reorganization of the cultivation and planning in accordance with the existing resources in the farm.
