For the evaluation of the work environment we proceeded to divide the two relevant diagnostic parts, the first part concerning the assessment of the organizational environment (ECO). In making the diagnosis of organizational climate we chose to develop a matrix 20 whose equivalence factors helped determine the degree of importance they have. In addition, data were interpreted individual, departmental and institutional way, this to give different approaches to the analysis. All this under a range of accreditation. Likewise, the second part addressed the evaluation of job satisfaction (ESL). To make the diagnosis of job satisfaction proceeded to develop a bank of questions, which were grouped into 20 critical factors. Thus it was intended to analyze the position of the staff has to work. Also, satisfaction levels that allow a proper understanding of the employment situation settled.The S.P.CH.S. School, already has several years of service to the community sucumbiense and has a number of 39 employees distributed between managers and operatives. Undertake a mission to strengthen and foster training and education class the wheel in the province of Sucumbios, to deliver to the community professional drivers, caring, responsible and conscious commitment to personal and social development. For data analysis, workers represented an adequate number of sources of information, so that the sample included the total population of workers. For the situational analysis of the company, was used, first hand, the technique of observation for general information draft the necessary enabling factors; and also a much clearer picture of how the staff and each of its activities is handled appreciation was obtained. Then we proceeded to develop employees targeted surveys to obtain their perception regarding job satisfaction, divided into 20 main, these factors provided information critical to the analysis and determination of the manual for the evaluation of the work environment the institution. To make the diagnosis in terms of job satisfaction, we proceeded to define the specific objectives that contribute to the overall objective of the best way for clear and forceful conclusions that will solve the difficulties in the institution.The first objective was to conduct an analysis of the SPCH.SP School, where the number of employees is mainly identified, along with ideas that define allowed 20 assessment factors job satisfaction and subsequently developing questions to factors. The second goal went to represent the 60 questions of Job Satisfaction Survey derived from the preliminary factors. These were drawn up taking into account the nature of the institution and their departmental functions. The third objective was the design of the matrix in which the established factors and the evaluation questions will be integrated. This matrix allowed developing the questionnaire that enabled a concerted approach to the satisfaction of staff. The fourth objective was to define the ranges established accreditation of questions in the questionnaires, considering that they allow proper analysis. With the implementation of the fifth objective consignment equivalences were established. That is, the score established according to the ranks of accreditation. The sixth goal was to tabulate, weigh and graphically interpret the results of the evaluation of human talent in the institution. The achievement of this objective covered more than fifty percent of the work. He proceeded to make an interpretation of each factor, highlighting the strengths and weaknesses found. The fulfillment of each and every one of the objectives allowed draw the respective conclusions to the satisfaction of human talent in the School of the Union of Professional Drivers of Sucumbios (SPCH.PS), they let develop an action plan according to the needs and Current conditions of the institution. To prepare the evaluation manual labor climate of the institution took into account the whole process carried out in the evaluation of organizational climate (ECO) and the evaluation of job satisfaction (ESL).
