Diagnóstico del clima laboral de los docentes de la Unidad Educativa Pio Jaramillo Alvarado año 2023

The work environment is a fundamental aspect in the life of any organization, since it directly influences the well-being, satisfaction and performance of workers. It refers to the psychological and emotional environment that is perceived in an organization. Understanding and analyzing the work environment is essential to detect opportunities for improvement, promote healthy work environments and stimulate the active participation of workers. The present work, called “Diagnosis of the work environment of the teachers of the Pio Jaramillo Alvarado Educational Unit in 2023”, aims to: determine the level of work environment of the teachers and formulate an improvement plan. The methodology used has a quantitative approach, with a descriptive and cross-sectional scope where analytical, deductive and inductive methods are used, the technique used was the survey, the population studied is 46 teachers. A questionnaire of twenty-five questions obtained from the Guide for the application of the work environment evaluation questionnaire was used. The results show that the educational institution has a good work environment, with a score of 82.02 out of 100. It was evident that the dimensions of recognition and autonomy obtained low scores, which is advisable to consider strategies to strengthen this dimension and improve the environment labor. In addition, an improvement plan was developed based on the results of the surveys where strategies, actions and resources are proposed to strengthen the work environment. In conclusion, it was possible to show that the Pio Jaramillo Alvarado school has a level of positive work environment, with a score above average, although there are areas that can be improved.
