Sumario:The clinical approach and management of pediatric patients with visual impairment present a significant challenge due to the profound impact that this condition has on the emotional and motor development of children, restricting essential activities such as reading, writing and their ability to move independently. When treating children with visual disabilities, their comfort in the dental office must be ensured, minimizing possible complications during the procedures. Therefore, the objective of this bibliographic review is to establish the dental management of pediatric patients with visual disabilities, which will expand knowledge about the particular behavior of these patients and effective techniques to reduce their anxiety during consultations. The present study is descriptive, analytical, bibliographic and transversal in nature, in which a total of 16 scientific articles and 9 thesis have been incorporated, which met the previously established inclusion criteria and came from various databases. These materials were systematized in Microsoft Excel, version 2019, and subsequently subjected to an analysis based on frequency tables, with the purpose of responding to the objectives set in the research. The results obtained reveal a higher incidence of anxiety and fear in 25% of children with visual disabilities during dental consultations. In addition, 12,50% of cases were observed to present fear and 9,38% fatigue in this context. Among the management strategies most used to reduce dental anxiety, the technique called "say, feel, do" leads with a 15,05% prevalence, followed by the auxiliary technique that involves the use of typodonts, with 9,68% incidence
