Today's world is governed by very rapid changes in all areas due to emerging new powers to bring innovations that force companies to improve their processes to keep pace with the competition, this generates increased production costs much of the time and ends up hurting the consumer. The country has not been the exception of these constants changes why companies have had to increase their costs to acquire more equipment and technifies due to the acquisition should also make plans for training staff that processes are executed in a manner correct. Small businesses in our city are affected by these changes because they do not have sufficient resources to innovation that directly affect the production process and can influence whether the product or service is of low quality thus lose their welcome and market preference. This project is framed in the creation of a school of the same DJS into whether the current market is going to give the host needed for implementation. To which we proceeded to make a detailed study dealing with the following: The components of this research has following parts of the thesis introduction , research methodology , presentation of results which is the project itself has the following stages and market research, technical study , organization, investment and financing costs and income and financial evaluation . The introduction of the thesis contains some background to the social and economic environment of the country and the region, making emphasis on the contribution of research to the city in general and point out the parts that comprise the project. The methodology used is important to emphasize methods and techniques and tools used in the development of research, calculation of sample size and an overview of how to develop each of the parts of the research. The central part of the research is the presentation and discussion of results here the project is presented , ie , each of the phases in composing a draft business investment is market research, technical study , investment and financing costs and income , financial evaluation and organization of the company. The study analyzes market demand and supply, price analysis and marketing, also in the technical study project size analyzes, location and engineering processes. With regard to investments and financing the estimated total of the required investments and financing sources is performed, it was considered the costs and revenues that comprise the total costs of production and estimates of sales income. NPV, IRR, RBC, to measure the profitability of the project : The financial evaluation indicators used such as was applied. Finally the conclusions and recommendations arising from the investigation. Finally, the study concludes with a thorough analysis on a DJ school in the city of Loja as micro business investment proposal.
